Are subscription plans refundable?
Subscription plans are non-refundable but they can be cancelled at anytime without any obligations. Once a plan is purchased it is active for 1 month until the next renewal date - your plan can be cancelled at anytime during this time period which effectively cancels the next renewal payment. Please note that our system checks for an active subscription so by cancelling your plan your subscription status will be inactive and you will no longer be granted access to our products or support forums. If you plan to cancel your account we recommend doing this near the end of the current billing cycle.
Can i upgrade my current plan to a higher level plan?
Yes, your subscription plan can be upgraded at anytime at a pro-rated cost. For example, if you currently have a bronze plan active and wish to upgrade to a silver plan before the next renewal date you will just be billed the pro-rated difference between the two plans. Upon the next renewal date you will be billed for the full cost of the silver plan.
Can i downgrade my current plan to a lower level plan?
Subscription plans can be downgraded at anytime however a pro-rated credit is not applied to towards your account. By downgrading your account you are simply replacing your current plan to a lower level plan. If you plan on downgrading your account we recommend doing this near the end of the current billing cycle.
How do i switch my subscription plan?
Your subscription plan can be switched through your account area under the "My Subscription" page. Look for the "Upgrade or Downgrade" button to begin the process of switching your subscription plan. Please do not attempt to replace your current plan from the Subscriptions page as you will be billed the full price of the plan.
